Before Arrival
1. Identification: Copy of a valid passport/ EID is required prior to arrival for security
registration, Email address, valid phone number
2. Guest Registration: Only guests registered in advance are permitted to access the
property Fees & Deposit Information
3. Security Deposit: AED 2,000, refundable after inspection upon check-out
4. Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee (DTCM): Collected prior arrival or cash at check-out in accordance
with government regulations.
General Conduct & Community Rules:
* Lost Key/Access Card replacement charge AED 500
* Parties, gatherings, events are not permitted
* Smoking strictly prohibited; a fine of AED 2,000 applies (smoking is allowed on the balcony only)

* Disposal of all waste using the designated trash chute on your floor
Check-in & Check-out
